Back ear hearing aid

After confirming that the hearing aid is turned on , select the appropriate eardrum head and connect it to the acoustic tube , then place the hearing aid behind the ear.

Hold the hearing aid’s guide tube with your thumb and index finger, insert the front end of the hearing aid into your ear, and position the hearing aid close to the ear canal.

Afterwards , adjust the hearing aid slightly until you are satisfied and feel comfortable.

  In ear hearing aid 

After confirming that the hearing aid is turned on, select the appropriate eardrum head and place it on the hearing aid’s sound outlet.

Place the hearing aid in the ear canal, adjust its position, turn the pattern-printed side of the hearing aid toward you, hold the hearing aid with your thumb and forefinger, insert the front end of the hearing aid into the ear canal, and slowly push it in until the hearing aid is close to the ear canal and feels comfortable.

After reading the hearing aid guide ; select the appropriate eardrum head and install it on the earphone and lastly insert the earphones in your ear.

 Common complications

 3.1 No sound

Possible causes include: the switch being turned off, a dead battery or insufficient power, and a blocked sound outlet or microphone air outlet.

Solution: Turn the switch on, replace or charge the battery, and clean the sound outlet or microphone air outlet.

3.2 Low volume sound.

Possible causes include: a low volume setting, a low battery charge, the eardrum head being too loose , a blocked sound outlet on the eardrum head, excessive earwax, and changes in hearing loss.

Solutions : Adjust the volume, replace or charge the battery, remove the eardrum head, re-wear it, clean the eardrum head, and clean the ear canal.

3.3 Squeaking or hissing sound

Possible causes: the head of eardrum is loose, the head of eardrum is too small, and the sound is too high.

Solution: Take off the eardrum head, wear it again, replace it with a suitable size, and adjust the volume.

3.4 Large power consumption

Possible causes: The hearing aid was not turned off at night, the battery expired, or the hearing aid was affected with moisture.

Solution: Turn off the hearing aid during the night, check the battery’s expiration date, and use desiccant.

3.5 Noise, unclear sound, intermittent sound.

Possible cause: The battery is low.

Solution: Replace the battery or charge it.
